A Payroll Assistant verifies all overtime with the respective supervisors or managers to ensure the work was required, agreed to, and performed.

Resolving Payroll Discrepancies and Issues

A Payroll Assistant looks into any payroll discrepancies or issues as a matter of urgency. They must investigate the discrepancy and resolve it but should also set aside time to perform root-cause analysis on the issue.
